Shipping policy
SHIPPING FEE: The shipping is free for all orders of Rs. 300 or above. For smaller orders, a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 49 is levied.
DISPATCH: All orders are dispatched within 1 day and in extraordinary cases within 2 days from the order. We work with only reputed partners like Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Fedex and alike. On Sundays and major public holidays we are closed. We can’t ship products to army code addresses or PO Boxes.
DELIVERY: Usual delivery time is 1 to 2 days from shipping for metro and major cities and 4-7 days for rural centres.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND: Any cancellation request shall be sent to breathe.free@bibo.health. If a cancellation request is received before the processing of order and generation of AWB, the same would attract full refund. If the request is received after processing, we reserve the right to cancellation depending on status of the order.
Health products are perishable and sensitive goods and it may not be fit to put back to use after it leaves the warehouse. Hence we don’t offer no questions asked returns or refunds.
We take proper measures and precautions in storing our products and work with reputed delivery partners. However, if you encounter any of these problems:
- Product has been damaged during the transit
- You find some manufacturing defect
- You have received a wrong product
You can seek refund by sending an email to breathe.free@bibo.health with order details within 5 days of receiving the order. Upon our confirmation we will immediately initiate process of return pick up and refund.
If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped within 3 days of order.
