Refund policy


Any cancellation request shall be sent to breathe.free@bibo.health. If a cancellation request is received before the processing of the order and generation of AWB, the same would attract a full refund. If the request is received after processing, we reserve the right to cancel depending on the status of the order.

Health products are perishable and sensitive goods and they may not be fit to put back to use after it leaves the warehouse. Hence we don’t offer any questions asked for returns or refunds.

We will consider instant refunds under the following circumstances:

1. Product Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team by emailing us at breathe.free@bibo.health within 5 days of receiving the product. We will require a purchase record (Order ID) and visual evidence of the damage, such as photographs or videos, based on which we will be replacing the product. 

We will also assign a courier to pick up the delivered items, please keep them intact in the original box received for ease of return.

2. Wrong product delivered: We try our best to make sure that the right products are delivered to the customer. But, if there are any cases where a wrong product has been delivered, such products will be replaced if reported to our customer care by emailing us at breathe.free@bibo.health within 5 days of receiving them and also add the images of the wrong products so that we can validate and also improve our internal processes. Customers will receive the replaced product within 7 to 10 days of reporting, based on the location of delivery.

We will also assign a courier to pick up the delivered items, please keep them intact in the original box received for ease of return.

Product complaints:

All our advertised products are natural formulations based on the wisdom of Ayurveda established over thousands of years. Also, natural products require a sincere effort and regime from the consumers. 

Also once products are opened, they can’t be returned to the Company as they become unfit for anyone else’s consumption.

If you are not getting the desired outcomes from our products, it also suggests that larger diagnosis and handholding are required to take care of the health situation. Please get in touch with our customer care team to discuss the same and organise a doctor consultation and detailed diagnosis. We have a team of doctors and diagnostics partners in various parts of the country and given you are a Bibo Warrior now, we shall also travel that extra length for you.

Complex Medical Conditions: Customers with complex or critical medical conditions are advised to visit a doctor or reach out to doctors on our panels for holistic advice. 

Refund or Replacement Process:

If your request for a refund or replacement meets our eligibility criteria, the following process will be followed:

  1. Contact our customer support team by emailing us at breathe.free@bibo.health or sending your queries at Ph: +91 8660649394 within 5 days of receiving the damaged product.
  2. Provide clear and detailed evidence of the product damage, such as photographs or videos, to our customer support team.
  3. Our team will review your request and the evidence provided to determine eligibility for a refund.
  4. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund or replacement process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  5. Based on the location of delivery, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

We take proper measures and precautions in storing our products and work with reputed delivery partners. However, if you encounter any of these problems:

  • The product was damaged during the transit
  • You find some manufacturing defect
  • You have received the wrong product
